Absorptive Capacity, Managerial Dynamic Capabilities and Organizational Innovation: Evidence from Jordanian SMEs'

The current state of business, which includes increasing levels of complexity, volatility, information, and technical advancements, is one of the key issues in today's business climate (Naqshbandi and Tabche, 2018). Organizational innovation is a proven strategy that is becoming increasingly popular. Organizational renewal experts would be better able to respond to changing conditions (Dahiyat, 2015). Furthermore, there is a scarcity of studies for researchers interested in the impact of Absorptive Capacity (ACAP) in emerging markets (Zhang et al., 2019; Martinez-Sanchez et al., 2019). It indicates that organisational ACAP can increase innovation, according to the literature (Nazarpoori, 2017). The ACAP and environmental dynamics are also important (Carvalho, Rossetto & Piekas, 2021).
